My experience with 24 moving in a moving inside Key BiscaynennI am writing because I want to receive a reimbursement from the insurance due to the amount of damage caused by the employees of your company during the move. Before listing these damages I want to be clear that no one ever rushed them or gave them a time limit. They arrived 50 minutes late than promised and I repeat the value of the move , it is less than the damage caused in both properties and in the furniture that they damaged or simply left unusable.nnListing what happened and in addition to being almost an hour late, I begin:nn1) Damage was left on the wooden floor of the Apartmentn2) They broke expensive glass on a living room table. Saying that if it is not by my own means they do not never inform me, but they had said that they stayed inside the apartment and they forgot to put her on the truck.n3) They destroyed and made my oldest daughter's bed totally unusable, they themselves admitted that they disassembled it badly and that I called the company to collect it. My daughter has been sleeping in an armchair all weekend.n4) When the furniture entered the house of Beechwood dr, they knocked on the door, just repaired and painted and left it damaged.n5) They damaged frames of Mirrors and Pictures, which in addition to having a patrimonial value, have a sentimental value for my family.n6) They left in the rain a collection of old books and military collector hats, which were damaged and useless, at a very high cost.nnI want to add that in addition to charging by the hour, by hiding some damages and trying to repair them, the service was extended and was practically 12 hours, when moments went by when nothing was done.

Our experience with 24 moving was absolutely amazing. They arrived on time, worked quick. The crew was very pleasant all the time. If I need i would use them again as well as recommend them.

The movers were amazing from start to finish. Protected, packed and handled everything with care. They provided awesome service. Everything was as advertised. It was a smooth move really efficient, quick and easy. I'm definitely recommending them to everyone and using them for my future moves. They were awesome!!

Veronica helped me out over the phone to set up my moving! 3 guys come in time and did a professional job! They are protect and carry my stuff very well! Worth all penny! I recommend!

Hired them for a 1 bedroom move within Brickell. I should have read the reviews first! They estimated 4 hours and it took 10 hours. The moving guys were very nice but I’ve moved several times in Brickell and it’s never taken that long. Don’t believe their estimates - once you sign the contract they can take as long as they want since they are billing you hourly.nnI would not hire again.
