I was concerned about calling a moving company but my friend kept telling me I should call Jones Movers and I'm so glad I did. When I called they answered all my questions and eliminated my concerns. They told me how many movers they would send, what the price would be and how to prepare.nnOn moving day, Howard and his crew arrived on time. Howard is a big teddy bear and very kind. They worked hard the whole time. There were no hidden fees.nnI am very pleased and agree with my friend that if you need moving, call Jones.
I sold my home quicker than expected. I called Jones for moving and storage on short notice. They packed all the items I was not able to, inventoried everything and moved it out super fast. Thanks!
I would not call them again.nnThree years ago, I paid $820 for a 2 bedroom apartment move within the same zip-code.nnIt took the 3 men about ~8 hours. They struggled with the metal bed frames for awhile, which should have been a routine procedure.nnA wooden TV stand was nicked, my dining glass table was dropped and shattered, and one of the men forgot to wear deodorant which made the elevator rides experiences sub-par.nnThey were super nice, but they could've been better trained. The company reimbursed me $100 for the table (after many phone calls), which I was happy with... but still $720 and not having a dining table to eat from for a week + wasting time getting a new table delivered... was not worth the experience.
I was very pleased with Jones. They told me how much they charge. They got here when they said they would. The crew was hard working and great.
