My experience at SEB was delightful and a total success! I now own two glorious mattresses (made in Italy) and a Berkey water filter. I have the best nights sleep and the cleanest drinking water! SEB has a comprehensive selection of organic quality mattresses - both showrooms are bright, clean and beautiful. Supportive, kind and responsive, the SEB team provides the highest quality customer service, devoted to making their clients happy. I am grateful for the excellent communication with Ralph and the genuine care provided by the entire SEB team. Their commitment has increased my quality of life for many years to come! I love my organic cotton pillow from SEB! I’m just starting to become aware of how important it is to have healthier fabrics and materials when it comes to bedding. I loved being able to try out the different mattresses in the MiMo showroom. Maria Elena was great- so helpful and super informative. Hoping to purchase a new mattress from them soon!

I am not the type of person to write a review, however, when a review is truly earned then I take the time to speak about my experience. If you are tired of the big box retail stores with their cheap quality yet high priced mattress and horrible customer service, then visit SEB Mattress. It's a family owned store with a much more personal service. Trust me you won't get that with the bigger stores. They are more of a niche market and the brand's they represent you won't find in other mattress stores. Go check them out then have a mattress for all budgets. I have purchased many big brand mattresses and the mattress I purchased from them which was a Naturepedics is the best mattress I have purchased in my life. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Sebastian and almost 6 months after my purchase I had a small issue and he resolved it right away. I actually purchased my babies mattress there too and had recently had a small issue with it and once again resolved it quickly. So if you don't want to feel like a typical consumer and you want that more of a personal service with great customer service, go visit them and I think you'll be happy with their showroom, products and customer service. Excellent service! I highly recommend SEB Mattress, the staff Mari Elena and the owner Sebi were extremely knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. They have high quality mattresses. Critical for anyone suffering from back pains. If you have them and have a regular mattress, consider this upgrade to your life as preventative care. You deserve a good night's sleep. Ralph was very informative on products they sell. He was very patient with us and came in on day off to place our order. We love our mattress and the Whippets love it too. I highly recommend SEB Mattress.
