Had an excellent experience here with purchasing a high end mattress. Great selection and very professional and patient staff. They were extremely accommodating, and gave me all kinds of generous extras. The mattress was promptly shipped to NY, and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I first experienced the quality of the mattress I purchased on an Oceania Cruise....I was hooked. I was told that the mattresses were available commercially so I decided to buy one....A friend of mine had previously purchased from World so I had a copy of her invoice so I called them...I spoke with Elyanis and she couldn’t have been more helpful....the entire process took no more than 5 minutes, I got an unexpected discount that she pointed out for me and had a delivery in less than 24 hours! The delivery men were just as professional....they called and gave me an exact time of arrival, and they were there on time...they were prompt, courteous and diligent. I couldn’t have had a better experience.

Our experience has been very positive, Farah is the manager of the brand, she is very professional and very competent and she really recommends what you need. Just like the transporters Gustavo and Pedro, they too are charming. The quality of the mattresses that Farah recommended for us and our daughter have been a complete success, we sleep and rest as we had never imagined. I had a really great experience trying to find the right mattress. Robin is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in guiding you through a process that seems overwhelming at first. He spent over an hour with me trying to narrow down my search and was determined to give me the best price in town. I also felt very comfortable in my choice given the large selection of mattresses in this location.
