I was in search of a certain type of trailer to bring my motorcycle to Tallahassee..you guys were very helpful. I had checked with a Uhaul dealer here in Tallahassee and in no way could they help me..I am very grateful of the ocala Uhaul for helping me.
Had a reservation and pre-checked in for a 10ft. truck and toy dolly when I got there no truck was available and the person working act like he didn't even care!
The truck I used was nasty, had old cigarette ashes in the ash tray just plain DIRTY! With COVID-19 Being a thing now one would think UHAUL would try to at just sanitize the trucks. I will never ever use uhaul again. I will go to enterprise first.nnOverall the employees were very nice and offered great customer service.
The worst experience I have ever had the girl that works here is unjustifiable lacking in her knowledge in assisting customers and does not have any details about destination to deliver vehicles just wasted 2hrs refused to rent a car dolly so I would strongly advise hertz or Ryder
