My refrigerator went out over night, and everything in the freezer was already thawed by the time I realized it. Thankfully, Badcock had a refrigerator in stock, and they took $100 off for me. They absolutely went above and beyond. I made the purchase at 10:30am, and they had it delivered by 1:30pm that same afternoon! John, my salesperson, even called me later that afternoon to make certain the delivery went smoothly. Excellent customer service!
Go see Candace! She is so polite and friendly. Her extensive knowledge helped us to choose the right washer/dryer unit for our budget and household.
This place is a lot better than the one where I’m from in South Carolina. But I called today to check on what time my frame would be delivered as I spoke to the manager and was told it would be delivered and put together today and what do I find out he has me scheduled for tomorrow! Y’all really need to start sticking to your words because I am getting sick of your company.
Very friendly staff, Candace was an excellent help knew exactly where everything I was looking for on the floor and the Manger Kelly helped out a lot as well.
The sales guy was very helpful and friendly told us he didn't want us to rush on anything very happy with the service
