We had a great customer experience at American Freight! Mitchel and Steven educated us on the financing route to owning our new couches! We also received our couches within two weeks as promised. We are truly grateful for the service these two gentlemen provided. We will definitely return for future purchases!
I purchased and received a mattress set from American Freight. I needed something quick and that was actually in stock. The mattress was fine for what I paid, however, the delivery guys were very inconsiderate. They drove on my sidewalk, leaving tire marks, they drove over my sprinkler heads and walked across the grass and then on my carpeted bedroom. There is a walkway from the driveway to my front door. I had to go out and try my best to make sure they did not drive over my sprinkler heads as they left. This should never be acceptable. All they had to do was stay on the road or drive up into the driveway. I called the store and they had no care or concern for what I explained to them. Also, I was told this was just a drop off service and they do not remove their trash. If this was the case, why take the plastic off? I could have done that. This is just a reminder, you get what you pay for, even down to the delivery. Just money lost for me!
I'm a slow shopper, so it was nice to not be rushed along for once by a pushy salesman. The one named Stephen actually let me take my time and didn't get annoyed with all my questions. Great service; I'll be coming back.
Awesome place to shop at spoke to Jose and he help me get all I needed for a reasonable price. I highly recommend shopping here
