HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! My husband and I scheduled an appointment for the company to assist us in moving our bedroom set from our apartment to our new home. My husband called to confirm the appointment a few days prior to the move and the owner of the company stated that they will be at our place at 9:00 am. On the day that they were suppose to pick up our bedroom set my husband called four times to see if they were still coming. However, they did not pick up or return his call. I decided to call from my phone and VIOLA, someone by the name of “JOHN” picked up the phone. I proceeded to explain that we had set and appointment at 9 am and no one ever showed up. He stated, “I will call to see where my team is at and I will give you a call back!”... I waited almost an hour and he never returned my call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! They are very unprofessional! This was a huge inconvenience as we had to figure out how to move our furniture.
I was texted the day of my move and was told that he had jury duty. I am sitting here waiting for him. I should have paid attention to the bad reviews. Horrible experience..NEVER EVER USE THIS HORRIBLE CO.. I would rate this co a F-.
Don't use this mover. They sent s couple of men with a UHAUL AND no blankets or tools to move a China cabinet and a bed. Very unprofessional.
