5 Star! I am so impressed with the result of my carpet installation process that I had to write a review as it is a very hard find to have so easy process from start to finish. I had called many companies and even the initial, first information received already stood out from the others... then the price, choices of carpets, setting up appointment and doing the installation with a very professional, experienced crew! I am very impressed!
I had my carpet installed and I am very happy with the service and my new carpet! Very professional crew from the start to the finish. The office gave me a rough idea on pricing over the phone and then the actual estimate came out actually cheaper then I thought!!! I am very pleased and Thank you Ideal Carpet for the great price and service!
*****Great experience with Ideal carpet! I had replaced carpeting in my house and I was very happy with the service and attention I received. Originally asked for an estimate for replacing 2 rooms in my house. I found out that the price of installing new carpet was very economical so I proceeded to get more areas done with Ideal Carpet . I would strongly recommend them to everyone who need carpet installed as I have shopped around and they have the best prices and the efficient service!
Ideal Carpet came to my home, measured my rooms and left carpet samples with codes hand written in marker on the backs of each sample. I called later and spoke with sales to get pricing. The sales lady said she would not give me pricing unless I gave her the code on the back of the sample. I said they all looked nice and there were a bunch of them so I just want the cheapest option. She again refused to give pricing unless I gave her the code. She then put me on hold and wouldn't answer. When I called back to speak with a supervisor they sent me to voicemail. Avoid this business. They probably give different customers different codes so they are not open and honest with their pricing.
