I have purchased from Badcock in Winter Garden before and had no issues. This time I decided to purchase from Badcock in Clermont since I live closer to that one now. The dining room table I wanted was on back order, which is fine. I reserved the table for a later delivery when it's available. Then, I wanted to purchase a coffee table from their clearance room. I found a table and made a cash purchase on a Saturday. I returned on a Tuesday to pick it up, no problem. Later I received correspondence that I needed to pay for it. I contacted the manager Jamal and advised him of the situation. It was an ongoing issue for a few weeks. As of today, it still has been unresolved. I refuse to pay an additional $150 for a coffee table that I paid for in CASH. I asked for video to be reviewed and all. Where did my money go?? I cancelled my other purchase. I will not purchase from this Badcock again nor will I recommend it.
Lynda was fantastic to work with. Will definitely be back, and hope to shop with her again.
Very friendly professional and courteous staff (Lynda). They keep in guidelines with the CDC. The selection of furniture and accessories were phenomenal. I would highly recommend it
Staff was very courteous and helpful. I am super excited about the dining set I purchased. I am glad I walked into the store as I was about to order a dining set from Wayfair. The quality of the set at Badcock is actually better than what I expected. The price was also very very good. I’m very pleased!
