Bought a recliner last week, they asked what time I wanted it delivered. I told them in the morning as soon as possible on March 24th. I just received a call from the delivery driver. I will not have my delivery until this afternoon.nOn top of every thing else they wrote up a different recliner than the one I wanted. Buyer beware.

We were extremely happy with our entire experience at Lee's Furniture Store. To start, don't be fooled and think that this is a small town store. We had been shopping for months at all of the large chain stores and couldn't find anything to meet out needs. We finally decided to go check out Lee's Furniture. As soon as we walked in, we were shocked that the store was so large inside. Also, it was loaded with all kinds of furniture, which was exactly what we were looking for. We were immediately greeted by the staff and treated like family. We almost instantly found the perfect furniture for our living room. Nick was very helpful in explaining cloth selection, options and best of all, gave us a great price. To top it off, they offered same day delivery. We are very happy that we decided to shop local. This is a great place to do business. A big thank you to Nick the manager, Candy our salesperson and especially Rich and Jeremy the delivery team who took every precaution to make sure the delivery went flawless.

DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMAPNY! I ordered two chairs Dec. 3 2019 and still have not received them. After several phone calls and getting the run around I just want my money back and I will deal with a reputable and honest company in the future.

Long Story Short. We paid in full for couches back in February. After waiting literal months the couches that were ordered were not correct. Have tried numerous times to get updates and it seems near impossible to get either Nick (Manager in Sebring) and Jerry (Owner in Lake Wales) to provide an update or resolution. We are a now a week past the expected time and I have requested calls back which are almost never returned. Since everything was bundled they will not refund us the full amount for couches and refuse to take everything back for a full refund. If someone at Lee's is reading this and would like to contact me in regards to this issue the record for our invoice was dated 2/12/19 and at this point either office should have my number available.
