I was greeted before I was even close to the staff. Met with smiles. I explained what I was looking for to the associate. She took me to the items, explained the differences very well. Completed my purchase within 15 min. Nice conversation with the rest of the staff. I am very pleased with the store and staff. I will return
Sales associate was open and attentive to what we were looking for and found us a living room set within our budget. She also set up delivery and removal to our house which is very helpful as we don't currently have a truck. Love having our account here was very helpful as our old furniture has since worn out after many years of use.

My granddaughter went into badcock in Avon Park to buy an air conditioner. The sales person only charged her $17.00 and put the rest on my account without me knowing about it. I have never been in that store. Now my payments are higher even after the air conditioner was paid in full because of the interest added on.nI'm not happy with them at all
