I just had the best customer service from Paul M. and Tanya! Thank you so much for your professional, kind, and considerate treatment. I can be a challenging picky customer but Paul has the patience of a true Saint! My shopping experience at Rooms To Go Pensacola was the best! Paul and Tanya deserve a good bonus $ from the company at the end of the year and promotions. As a former business manager with old school values it is such a blessing when great business people teach us all by setting a respectable example of good character and business professionalism! Bernard was super friendly and personable! He was relaxed and answered all of my questions. He was not pushy or aggressive in his sales technique. We bought a fancy mattress and adjustable base with accessories and we are thrilled it will be arriving tomorrow! Thank you for all of your help and patience Bernard. We will be back again!

I wanted to take a minute to give a shout-out to the manager, Michelle. She was phenomenal! So knowledgeable and amazingly patient with our family of four tonight. She really took the time to listen to our all over the place inquiries and wants. We never felt pressured, more informed so we could make our own decisions. And a big thank you to Lacey as well. My husband and I just purchased a sectional and we haven't even received it yet but I wanted to leave a review about our buying experience with our salesperson Sandi Teague. She was an absolutely delight to work with, wasn't super pushy at all and very knowledgeable. We came in on a Sunday and had to wait (completely on our end) a couple of days to make the purchase and we made sure to come back on a day that she was working since we didn't want to work with anyone else. We'll definitely ask for her again

We thought the shopping experience with Paul coaching us on furniture ideas was as good as it gets. Very knowledgeable, highly personable. The showroom is well thought out and the selection is great.
