Mattress Firm Pensacola

My daughter and son in law bought their bed here and have had great service. We came here and were very pleased. Mr. Paul was the BEST sales person! He did not pressure us in any way, but he was very knowledgeable and concerned about getting us the best bed for our physical needs. We would definitely buy here again! Thank you so much!!

Costumer service was wonderful. I explained what it was I was looking in a bed. He explained to me with no hesitation what bed would do what I was looking for. I was hesitant at first because of the price. He could see that with my hesitation to jump on taking the first thing offered to me . I was showed a few more that was in a better price range that came close to what it was I was looking for. I went home for a and for a week I looked into the some of the same beds. Now I have been looking on the computer for a while doing research. Narrowing it down on what to ask for prior to going out and just laying and moving on a bunch of beds. I found myself going back to the first bed I was told I would not find anything better to fit what I wanted in a bed. Today with that same wonderful person who talked to me last week at Mattress Firm on Airport Blvd in Pensacola Fl , I found myself telling him he was correct. I wanted that bed . It was the best fit for me . I told him how I went out and sat turn twisted and more all over maybe around 75-100 different beds in th last week and nothing touched what he shows to me in the first place. Because of how accommodating he was and friendly I remanded loyal to him and came to purchase the bed from him . He was a wonderful sales associate and just a over all down to earth person who did not try to push a sale down your throat just to make a sale. Thanks you Mattress Firm. My nights sleeps is now a good nights sleep.

I came in at the end of the day and Brad was gracious, patient, and very knowledgeable and got me set up with a really nice mattress for half the price. Very satisfied with the customer service and their policies. You get a 4 month trial period! Definitely not something I would’ve gotten from Sam’s club which is where I was considering purchasing from. Glad I went with Brad at Mattress Firm!

I originally chose Mattress Firm because of their website. It was easy to look at the mattresses and prices which allowed me to find exactly what I was looking for. On the phone and in the store I was helped by Nathan. He was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about their products. With the website and Nathan, I highly recommend this Mattress Firm.

Love this place , Paul Cunningham helped me . After a long day of trying to find a hospital bed for my mother I call here and he set me up with a twin bed that the back lifts up. My mother love it. I'm very thankful and will be back to buy my son a bed also.
