I love sleep number beds. We have one in our RV and we just bought one for the house.
Melissa was very nice and polite. Her presentation was informative and not overwhelming. She let me take my time to try out the C2 and C4 beds so that I can make a decision. Did not feel pressured to make a decision. She walked me through the aspects with delivery to make it easy for me to make necessary schedule changes since I will be closing on my house in a couple of weeks. Little nervous making a big purchase like this but couldn’t pass up this sale.nnThank you Melissa!

Terrible customer service. They didn't bother to show up for the first delivery appointment window and didn't bother to let me know that they weren't coming. Wasted a whole day waiting around for nothing.
