I need to start off with giving recognition to Raul for being everything someone working in customer service needs, a lot of people could learn with his gentleman. Friendly, efficient, professional, and most of all a good person.nnSimply one of the most pleasant and helpful interactions I’ve had in a very long time, he helped me with all of my needs, which was to find storage space for my older mother.nnFrom assisting to finding the right size, to showing me everything about the facilities in’s and out,Raul IS the man.nnEverything was clean, safe, and brand new. Extra Space Storage is a beautiful brand new storage facility. When I arrived Kendall and Raul were extremely helpful and got me into my new storage right away. Both were knowledgeable and addressed all my questions that made it a smooth process.
Both Kyndal and Raul were very professional in our interactions, While securing the property for rental. The rental process was very simple over the phone and we immediately got a phone call from Kendall and Raul to answer any questions about the units and ensure us a smooth rental process. The facility is very very clean and professionally managed. I highly recommend renting from this facility
