THE VERY BEST! They took good care of my vehicle, and it was exactly on time! The driver was in constant contact! They also had the best prices! But I was so glad I went with them because they are Veterans owned! EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!! I can't possibly say enough good things about them.

Don from Transport Carrier Solutions was great! They had my vehicle picked up and delivered right on time. Anytime I needed to speak with them they were available to answer all of my calls! Thanks guys will 100% use you all again in the future

So Transport Carrier Solutions came highly recommended Specifically Guy named Don, Well when we first spoke he was great and gave me a little higher quoted price then other companies so i held off a few days, When other brokers were playing games with my pick up i called Don back and hired him to get the job done and thats were things went down hill, I gave him my deposit to setup up pickup gave him all the info of where the truck was and was told it would be picked up by Wednesday i was given contact info of just the company not the driver as promised now Wednesday came and went no pick up was made i called the company hired no answer, I then called Don and first acted like he didn't know who i was after talking several times in the past and had a million excuses why it couldn't be picked up the driver didn't get there till after hours etc. so now I'am told Thursday morning it will be picked up by noon so now again i try to call the company to get the drivers info so i can confirm everything and still no answer again Don was notified and still getting the run around so once the truck is picked up i let it go on Thursday now keep in mind still waiting for drivers contact info so i can just have it in case. Now on Friday i don't hear from anyone so on Saturday i leave Don an email basically telling him i need to know whats going as so i can get my work schedule figured out for Monday drop off,nHe proceeds to tell me that this is not how the company normally operates and he will get the info to me on Monday as the trucking company is closed so again getting the run around and beyond anoyed as the Broker Don doesn't even have the drivers info and was something i was promised when i booked it was the drivers contact info and they don't even have it. So Sunday i now tell Don i want money back as this is not what i paid for and of course he kept dodging the fact i wanted money back and said it would be delivered, I had to go to the point of blocking my number Sunday to the trucking company to get answer and the guy who answered said they have 24hr contact yet Don said they are closed on the weekend!! Now speaking with the trucking company they supplied me with drivers name and number and it only took 6 days to get the info that i was guaranteed when i paid the deposit and i got it on my own. By this time its late Sunday and its too late for me to go into work so i had to take a full day on Monday for delivery.nDriver was really nice and fully apologized for everyone else's mistake so truck was delivered and i get a phone call from Don i don't answer then an email saying again this isn't how the company runs and would be blocking company that they will no longer give them business and was offering me for future pick ups the broker fee to be waived well guess what refunding me the broker fee in the first place was what Don should have done not for future as i would never use Transport Carrier Solutions AGAIN ! Worst Experience Ever and I use Carries a few times a year and by far Awful on the run around you get when it all could have been avoided !! BEWARE !!
