I've been a customer for 4 years and I'm super happy to say that my great experience was mainly due to Wendy that always was very helpful and wonderful to communicate with. She always ensured me that my property was always safe and I was always greeted with a smile (even when wearing our COVID masks) and professionalism. I was happy to know that I did get a chance to say bye and to thank her for all the wonderful service I received there. Especially, knowing that my personal belongings were in good hands.

Setting up the account was very good, when I asked that I wanted to rent a truck over the phone and on site, just told me that I can rent a truck and I have 15 days and I would have to pay for a truck so it’s not totaling free, I said ok, there was no follow up in asking would I like to rent the truck now, I moved my stuff in by myself and found someone to help so I went back to the office at 345pm to see about renting a truck and told me that there is a time limit to rent the truck a minor detail not mentioned. Very inconvenient for me because I had to move today, if I had known that earlier I would have taken the truck then. For better customer experience don’t promote free truck if you still have to pay and state hours of operation of the truck in your location if it’s less then open hours. Thank you

I want to thank the wonder staff at CubeSmart in Coconut Creek for there great service. I have been renting various units over the years and they have been the best priced and cleanest units i have ever rented. They have made everyone of my experiences smooth and easy. I would recommend them highly.
