I forgot her name but I believe she is the manager. She went out of her way to help me today when I called on the phone to check if there was a specific type of room spray I needed. She went to the back and pulled whatever she had for me.She is beyond amazing and was a lifesaver to me.
It's a good store. It has a lot of items and it's usually pretty well stocked up. I was happily surprised to see that it was organized. Some Dollar Trees look like garbage. But this one was very well organized and well kept.
As great of a store it is for your dollar. I have yet to walk into a Dollar Tree store with great greeting AND customer service. There has been a few times when I am lucky to come across a really customer service intune associate. When I do, I try to bring acknowledgement to management, but unfortunately in all 11 stores I've visited, its like every associate has an attitude problem or poor social professional skills. Super disappointment and never enough cashiers on deck, typically 1 register open only.
