We tried contacting Coastal Furniture, but haven't had a reply back yet. So, we came to Fine Furniture because they were listed as a Coaster Furniture dealer. 1st we asked about replacement parts and flat out told 'no' without even calling the manufacturer to find out. We were left without any other options, but to purchase a whole new piece. Fine Furniture left us with the impression that with COVID 19 that we might not be able to purchase that piece again. We did what we thought was the only choice...buy the whole new piece. Just today I find out from Coaster Furniture directly that they do offer replacements. Fine Furniture is a dealer of Coaster Furniture and could have called to find out. They could have gain customer loyalty instead of being deceitful. Rate Fine Furniture based on your own experience. With our experience they get a poor review. We won't go there again except for to pick up our purchase. Yes, we could have waited for a reply from Coaster Furniture.

Jack was extremely helpful. He provided us the lowest price we were able to find for the specific furniture we needed. I found them through Coasters website of authorized dealers. Jack confirmed they had the unit I was looking for even though it was not on their website using the SKU. He actually had it added to the site quickly so I could complete the purchase and payment online. The unit was delivered timely with a scheduled delivery that Jack coordinated with me via text and calls. Due to the level of service I received on a relatively small purchase, I will definitely come back in the future and would recommend them.

The receipt said final sale i didn't think twice because most all stores give u a grace periid.jack was nice but no bend .the furniture looked large in the store surrounded by so much h other furniture when it arrived the love seat is very small and could fit in a doll house.i will look for a response from Jack and hope he will let me return it for a exchange and send me a receipt that drivers took.dont want money just a sofa love seat that fits my home.please Jack reslond

I had buyers remorse as soon as I walked out. Might as well have gone to rent-A-Center! They use a supposed “finance company” that deducts weekly and if not paid in full by the time allotted, they charge DOUBLE what the cost of the merchandise price was! After reading the contract it was a rent to own agreement. I just was all around disappointed at the aggressiveness of the closing without any follow through after. I had to call to check on when my delivery was expected then Told to call back later. I live five minutes away and my merchandise that was already in store took one week to be delivered!
