The store had a very large selection, very attractively displayed. Our salesperson, Lisa, was incredibly helpful. I described kind of what I was looking for and she guided us to several choices. What I loved was that she walked away and told us to call her with questions,etc.... So not the typical high pressure one often finds. She really made the experience so pleasant!nWe look forward to many return trips!

Lisa Green was very helpful to both myself and my daughter. She answered all questions I had about sofa I am interested in purchasing. I will make a return visit. She also advised about other accomodations available that I might want to take advantage of such as the designer. Lovely store. Lisa also made us comfortable allowing us to browse the entire store.

Kevin was amazing. Wasn’t too pushy! Explained the layout out the showroom and then gave us the time to walk around ourselves to see if we found anything we liked. Once we did, he was then able to explain everything and going in depth about how your furniture compared to other furniture companies differ in the sense of how the wood is made and dried out to prevent cracking etc. Informed us of a service you guys offer to help make sure what we pick out will fit in our home, to even matching colors etc with the help of Karen. It’s not too often we go furniture shopping, so after visiting multiple furniture stores, it allowed us to see the huge difference having the right salesperson makes. He clearly is knowledgeable about your product which made it easier for us to pick out what works best for us. We should be placing our order by the end of today and look forward to doing business with him.

Michelle (Sales) and Karen (design center) are a fantastic team that was so helpful and reassuring. they went the extra mile with no pressure. I have a feeling my new home will be fantastic thanks to both these very professional ladies!

always a pleasure dealing with Raymond Arrico at the Coconut Creek Store. Purchased furniture last year and this year. I will note that last year when I was waiting for delivery the delivery truck and truck driver made it a real nightmare. We waited an entire day. Around 7pm did not received delivery, decided to call. Upon calling was told he is on his way. At 9pm no delivery called and was told the driver was not coming in fact he was headed home. Upon my objection he did deliver furniture close to 10:00 pm. Hoping I do not have this experience this time.
