By far the most unprofessional sorry experience ever.nMy original design with them was done using a 42’’ blind, they didn’t have the 42’’ and said the 45’’ would be the same given the 42’’ they used in my design was 3 inch away from the wall. They made a mistake and didn’t realized when they told me it was the same it was not. The 42’’s door was 15 inches wide and 45’’s was 18 inches. Thus if they actually put the 45 in the schematic they would have been told it by the system it would not fit and would not clear the oven. The oven was right next to the blind perpendicular. The standard oven depths with handle is 27-28 in min. Meaning it wouldn’t have cleared an 18 inch door perpendicular to it. 45 inches minus 18 is 27. 45-15 is 30. Which is why the 42 worked.nThey Never put the 45 inch blind in the drawing to confirm this. When we put the kitchen together months later and realized it did not work she suggested that my installer was wrong and eventually said she would give me a new door to make it up and help me not have to buy a whole new piece. She told us that they were not wrong even though I was showing her clearly mathematically that they were wrong.nI brought the drawer and cabinet door to get the 15 in replacement and then with a baby sleeping in the car parked in front an ordeal they should have taken two minutes took almost fifteen. They had to take pictures and then the owner declined it over the phone.nI was told by the associate that she was just taking orders. I asked her if she explained to the owner the mistake they made!nI’m redoing my kitchen in the next couple of months due to an insurance claim and a huge flood that we had and I can’t believe this company is so narrow minded that they would decline me a 56 bucks over a new $25,000 kitchen that I would’ve use them for. How ridiculous! I am also a flipper and real estate broker that could easily send them over $75,000 a year in business as most my clients need to redo their kitchens and I sell 40+ homes a year.nOver $56! I seriously can’t get over it.nA BBB complaint will follow this.nTruly terrible business and a reflection of not giving employees any autonomy and employees not having any accountability.nDo not anticipate getting much service or expertise from this company.

I love this store, so much variety and the staff is amazing! I will definitely be back for more!
