So after waiting for my delivery far longer than I should have they schedule it for Friday. I take off work, get movers to help me, get a professional to help me with setup of my delivery. Friday morning comes around I get a call that the company has no trucks with working lift gates. Not a single truck available for delivery after waiting this long. I talk to customer support see the picture for Rhonda's flippant response. Would be 0 stars if possible.
Central Freight will hold your package hostage and not answer the phone when you call. $14K pallet is stuck in limbo right now and Central freight refuses to give us answers. I reccomend a more reputable company like SouthEastern or R & L carriers
STAY AWAY!!!! Worst Freight company that our Company has ever used. Held our frieght for over 2 weeks without delivering it. When I would call their employee's would lie to you one the phone. I would give zero stars but that was not an option.
Do not use this shipping company, they will loose you package and act like its your fault for calling them to ask about it
I have had 2 different shipments from vendors arrive in their warehouse in Orlando 3/20/2021 & still not be delivered 5 days later....Called the main office & local branch & they don't even answer the phone..
