ADL Delivery - Fort Lauderdale/Miami

The service you receive from ADL is exceptional the Office staff goes above and beyond to ensure timely deliveries and offers great customer service! I strongly recommend ADL. I've used them for several years and will continue to utilize Adl for my future deliveries.

Company is horrible I waited two hours to receive my parts and when I confronted the main manager all he did was give me an attitude. Two weeks prior to this incident I had a employee that was a female that had waited an hour and half and when she finally got the parts and talked to the manager she told me that the manager was very disrespectful and rude. I will not be continuing to get my parts from here, they do not have good customer service and they do not make it easy for the customer to get their parts.

If you're not Hispanic or Latino don't waste your time coming here and if you are Hispanic or Latino prepare to waste a lot of your time coming here Complete waste of time I sat here over an hour for no reason they leave customers out front lingering with no explanations this place sucks everything about it it's terrible complete waste of time it's hard to make money when the people in charge are not focused or goal-oriented and like everywhere else in Fort Lauderdale they definitely don't pay good don't trust these people you're not worth it

They tell you that you are an independent contractor but they force you to wear a uniform. Of course they sell it to you. They send you to use scan but they deduct it from your salary. At first you think you are making money, but then you realize that between the gas you spend and everything that is broken in your car, the amount of miles you travel every day and everything that is discounted. It's nothing business to work with them. You sign a hurried contract and in English very well prepared so that you are in no way right. Whatever happens. To top it off they don't give you the copy because they don't want the whole scam of that contract to go to La Luz. They tell you that if you train someone you must earn $ 20 more for training, but in the end if they feel like it, they don't pay you. They never support drivers because for them the customer is always right, no matter what. That is, never expect to be defended. If you get injured at your job, because the boxes you have to carry violate the weights admitted, then that day they don't pay you. They also don't pay you the days you are in recovery. If you decide to quit your job, you are already tired of being exploited and do not see any recognition as was my case. For two days I was deducted from the 15-day scan.
