I was so very pleased with the professionalism, quality, and speed at which my dining room chairs were upholstered. Jennifer was on top of the request and understood my time crunch. Out of three companies I called, she was the first and only to reach out and continue following up. The fabric was as expected which was flawless and great quality. They finished a day or two before scheduled! Love my “new” chairs!!

Had an agreement to install the katzkin seats. Made an appointment agreed on the price of 400 for the labor dropped off the car dropped off the seat covers in the morning they called me saying that they don't have their technician but they will call somebody else to do that and since they're going to be calling someone it's going to take a bit longer. fine with me. then later on they call me saying that since they called somebody else it's going to be not $400 but $600. Just don't understand how is that my problem. So picked up the car picked up the seats and lost the week of time from making an appointment.
