It was real simple. I made an online reservation and within minutes I got a phone call from them. Unfortunately I missed the call, but they left a clear, detailed message asking if I had any questions or concerns. I didn't.nI went down to the facility and Marilyn was very happy to help me. She was polite and informed. She answered any and all the question I asked. She showed me a couple of units that were the size I wanted and she let me pick which one to my liking. We went back to the office and we did paperwork. Marilyn knew my time was valuable and she was quick with the paperwork and all along was able to still have small talk with me to keep me entertained. My whole experience was about 20 minutes long. I am happy, and satisfied with the price. I would recommend this location of CubeSmart.
After signing a lease for the storage unit of my car at the Dania Beach location, it turns out the unit I rented was too small and the facility had no other available units that would accommodate my car. General Managers, Wendy and Daniel, immediately got on the phone and computer to find me an alternate CubeSmart location that could accommodate my car size.nWithin minutes I was at the CubeSmart on Ravenwood and the General Manager, Sasha, was a bright light after a rather hectic start at Dania Beach.
Worse customer service I’ve experienced from any storage company. Sasha Sanchez management was very poor.nAfter showing her how to handle things as an experienced manager myself, then she apologize and started dialogue to resolve my issue.nMentally I was already halfway through the door.nnPOOR SERVICE.
Very please to keep my stuff at cubesmart. Never had an issue. All the employees have been professional and friendly. I’ve been here in this location since 1995. And the district manager are always been pretty goodnTo my wife and and I. I will continue to give my business and recommend to family and friends. Cubesmart makes me feel like I am part of the family. And Sasha always has a smile on her face and makes me feel very welcomed. Thank you
I love cubesmart. I always pick this place. The customer service is amazing and the store are always clean. Only thing is that used to offer water and they don’t anymore and after a long hot day of moving some water would be nice but overall very good pricing and customer service
