We've used StorQuest for about 16 years and couldn't be happier with the unit. Very secure, very accessible. Steve has always been excellent and helpful when we need it. The facility is super clean and always well maintained.

Steve helped us to rent a storage unit and usually I don’t write reviews, but I have to say that Steve was great. He was courteous, knowledgeable and answered all our questions clearly and efficiently. He is obviously a people person with a kind and caring personality.nThanks Steve!

I was very disappointed by my experience. The person I spoke when I rented the unit in August of 2019 was very nice which is why I entrusted his company with my personal belongings while going through a separation and divorce. This month I was finally able to remove my items but to my surprise, sadness and distress, roaches and rats had infested all my boxes, bags, and furniture.nnNot only have I paid over $2400 over the past 18 months for the unit I lost another $1,000+ in shoes, clothes, purses, personal effects, etc. as well spending at least $50 in killer to rid of the roaches. I understand that I signed a contract that I hold them harmless to any damages done, however, it's extremely disappointing.nnI've rented at several other storage units over the year's and never had this issue. It does not seem they have any pest control throughout the property - and if they, it is not working. I wouldn't normally write a review and instead would speak to them directly, but I have attempted to call them several times to no avail.nnI was trusting them with my belongings and feel like I was duped into a false sense of security. I would certainly not rent there again and will recommend to all of my friends and family that they look elsewhere.

I rented at another storage center before and it wasn't nearly as nice as this one. My unit looked very clean, and the manager Steve was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.
