Contacted A-Turner and spoke with Janie to schedule a moving consultant to come to my home and look at what and amount of items needing moved to our new residence.nJanie was extremely rude and obviously too preoccupied to deal with my call. She told me the move was going to cost me 5000.00 to 8000.00 “ if you can afford that, then we will set up an appointment “ I advised her our move date was 8/9-10, at which point she said “we are in our peak season, so it would be after the 19th.”nI told her it was my understanding that a consultant would come to my home and quote me a price, at which point she said “ If you can do 5000.00 to 8000.00 then we will send someone”. Truth be known, we were prepared for the high end of her not so professional quote range, however, am not willing to deal with that level of unprofessionalism during an already stressful 800 + mile transfer.nHave decided to spend my 8000.00 elsewhere.nWay to hustle Janie. Perhaps some customer service training would benefit you.
