Decided to buy a mattress after the online mattress I bought did not work out for me. It was nice to go to a local mattress store where I could actually touch and feel and sit and lay on various mattresses that would suit my comfort needs. Abbe at mattress firm was extremely professional, patient, knowledgeable, and gave me as much time as I needed to make my decision. The The delivery of the mattress by Ed and Dylan was also excellent, they were extremely professional came on time, and was able to get my mattress in the house with ease. I would definitely use a real mattress store versus buying online.

Excellent, friendly service by a knowledgeable associate!nLouise totally understood my needs and was able to make several recommendations, one of which I entered the store prepared to buy. But among the others that she showed me was one that I believe to be absolutely perfect, and went with that one.nThis is a store that I would highly recommend with staff that can be trusted.

Louise gave me one of the best customer service experiences ever. I initially purchased a mattress online and needed to exchange it. I went into the store to do the exchange because an online exchange had proven to be frustrating. Louise made the exchange seamlessly and quickly. She treated me with respect and I plan on doing all my business with her in the future.nUnfortunately, the online customer service portion is not up to the standard that she has set.

Carlos Brest was welcoming and very friendly. He had a relaxed attitude and listened well to our wants and needs. He made several good suggestions for the right fit and we quickly found the perfect mattress.nnI would recommend Mattress Firm and Carlos to anyone.
