In an era of big box stores where you cannot find anyone to help you and Internet Sales where you can only read reviews I found American Patio to be my go to for all outdoor and fireplace needs. Their knowledge of all their products and friendly service was great and much appreciated. Even when I had a technical issue with a grill they responded immediately and sent someone out to my house. I will always shop there!

Gabe and his team really exceeded our expectations. He personally came out for the estimate and had a CAD rendering of the summer kitchen in our lanai/pool area the same day! The appliances are pricey, but they are top of the line and can’t be found in a big box store. Once we agreed to move forward, he consistently communicated with us about inventory arrival and an install date. They even painted the shell of the summer kitchen to match our house which made it really look outstanding. When they were done, it was literally “turn key” to start grilling. I just used my Kamado Joe for the first time to roast a chicken for the Super Bowl, and it was the best we’ve ever had. Lastly, Gabe’s attention to detail left no stone unturned. He took pictures after the initial install, and ordered another piece because it didn’t look good enough. That meant an awful lot to us.

We really enjoyed working closely with American Patio and Fireplace. The folks there really helped to see our vision come to fruition and helped us create a resort-like area for our family. All of the appliances and furniture are high quality and we couldn't be more pleased with each piece. The customer service is top notch! 5 out of 5 stars!

We can't say enough about American Patio & Fireplace. This family owned company is the best. We travelled over an hour to check this place out and so glad we did. Bought a fire table that we absolutely love. Les and his family are very knowledgable and helpful. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. We will recommend to everyone we know.

Great selection of patio furniture, grills and fireplace inserts. At least 2 employees are general contractors so they are able create the perfect outdoor space. Will update this post once we complete our backyard.
