We went with Gainesville Kitchen & Bath for our kitchen remodel and are thrilled and thankful we did. After talking to and working with other companies, it was the customer service at Gainesville Kitchen & Bath that sold us. They made possible every idea, concern, and request we presented. They sought to beat competitors’ estimates and they did it all with professionalism and care. It was a priority for us to keep our business local and it certainly paid off—fewer middlemen, shorter wait and fewer delays. I highly recommend and will use this business again in the future.

Had an amazing experience with GKB! I made a lot of changed once they started. I was worried but it wasn’t a problem and they handled it so well! The bathroom looks amazing, they kept me informed on when and what time they would be arriving. The communication was great! Several months after they finished I realized the temperature was much colder then it should be (it was a guest bath so I never use it) and they quickly came to adjust the valve on the faucet. I am very appreciated of their attentiveness, quality and communications

They did an excellent job and worked within my budget. They pay attention to all the little details and make sure everything is just right. Everyone is amazed at how great my kitchen looks now.

We had our master bathroom remodeled and it is absolutely perfect! They saw my vision and made it a reality. Tyler and his team were such a pleasure to work with. They always arrived in a timely manner and were so polite. Any question I had was met with a knowledgeable answer and a smile (and I had a lot of questions!). They kept me in the loop so I was always up to date with their progress, which was fantastic. Looking into doing our kitchen in the near future and will definitely be calling Gainesville Kitchen & Bath again!!
