Had what I wanted in stock, on sale and was able to pay cash for it instead of making payments. The guys loaded it into my vehicle with no problem. I'm assuming she was the manager, didn't catch her name, but she was very friendly, quick and to the point. Entire process was less than 30 minutes!

They make mistake often and don’t apologize for it. They’re customer service experience I’m not even sure how to rate it. I’m constantly always being lied too and disrespected by staff. If I hadn’t already invested so much of money on the furniture I’m paying for I would stop doing business with them

I am completely disappointed. Kathy who works there is completely rude. Over talked me and hung up multiple times, but wants my money. This place will continue to be a revolving door for staff. They have NO customer service SKILLS and ARE NOT properly trained. I’ve contacted the corporate office and no longer wish to be a customer here.

I love these guys . So helpful. Always calling to see how my purchases are working and if there is anything I need. Great outstanding customer service. Greet you by your name as soon as you walk in. Go over and beyond to make sure I have everything I need. Manny and Jeff are absolutely just awesome . To be honest guys I would never consider going to rent a center again. Buddy’s has everything and if they don’t have what you want in the store they order it from another one. Just very pleased with my rental experience at the Main Street location buddy’s
