I just got off the phone with the store manager, James, and he informed me that the couch they sold us yesterday would not be able to be returned or exchanged. They sold us a couch with a hole in it and because it was on clearance they will not take it back. We were expected to do a full inspection on our own. I explained that it was for my eight-year-old grandmother and we wanted it to be perfect for her but the store would not budge. I do not recommend them or their customer service.
Everyone was extremely helpful, good prices, and quick delivery. James and Ricki were very nice and answering all of our questions. I would highly recommend!
I can’t believe we almost passed right by this place!! Just furnished my whole living room for a great price and great quality!! Staff was amazing very personable and knowledgeable. Mr. James was great!! Thanks American Frieght!!
