My acoustic electric (Breedlove Solo C350) was having an electronics malfunction that I couldn't figure out and I happened to find CKuz Guitars and decided to give it a try. Chuck went all out to diagnose the problem (rather than simply assume the pre-amp was shot and charge me the premium). In two days time, he identified the problem as a wire that shorted out and had it replaced and ready to go all for a very reasonable price. Also, he was always reachable over the phone, which I really appreciated. I'll definitely be heading over to Chuck's shop next time I have a guitar repair beyond what I can do on my own.

He is the ONLY guy I would trust all my Kiesel / Carvin guitars with Period!
