Wally was very helpful with furnishing my new place. He has many great quality items for a good price. Very polite and friendly, after this experience I wouldn’t go anywhere else for furniture

The customer service was non existent. Took 3 weeks to get furniture delivered that was already in the store. Received a defected end table that could not be assembled. I took it back to the store for assembly. No call to tell me anything. When i finally went to the store to get it...it was still not ready..i was told to come back the following week. Guess what...still not ready..finally i was told it could not be assembled. 3 weeks has gone by. I was then offered a refund..then i was told someone else could fix it. Went to pick it up..no one came out to even assist me or to say hello. I inspected the table and found screws missing. I guess this is why rema was hiding. So unprofessional..do not do business there...you will regret it

I was looking to furnish my whole house with a certain budget that I thought was impossible to accommodate. I was WRONG, wally was able to comply with my budget and certify that my living room was able to fit the small space area that we had to work with. Highly recommended! great customer service!!!
