Unprofessional. Rude. Do not recommend.nnI was trying to help my aging parents move from their recently sold home and was hoping to go local and support a small business. This was the only moving business I could find in Hardin county with a working phone.nnThe woman who answered the phone was aggressively rude. Seemed like she didn’t want to work and couldn’t wait to hang up the phone. I asked about available dates and she was sassy and very off putting ‘that’s what I just said’. Excuse me ma’am for asking to confirm a very important date.nnI had flexible dates, and an open pocketbook, yet she clearly wasn’t interested in my business. She said she would call back, never did. In the mean time I found a very professional service out of Louisville who, based on these reviews, seems to be substantially cheaper as well as nationally recognized and insured.nnI never write reviews normally but something about this woman and this company left me extremely frustrated as I was totally patient and nice with this person. The rudeness was just uncalled for. So much for southern hospitality.
The three movers were amazing. Very polite, speedy, hardworking, and friendly. They moved everything within the 2 hour slot we requested. The reason I took away a star was because of the receptionist. She needs to work on her customer service skills. On initial call she was slightly rude and hung up on us. When we called back she had an attitude and said that she said she was gonna call us back which she never said. When asking how the rate works, her information was incorrect. She advised us that the clock started as soon as they left their location but when the movers called to tell us they were on the way, they said their start time starts when they get to our house and brief about their plan of action. I still recommend this company for the movers alone. They were great at their job.
I hired Corvin’s to move two large pieces of furniture out of my father’s house and into my moving truck. The two gentlemen were very courteous, and incredibly careful with these two pieces that had so much sentimental value to me.ufffc They were also happy to oblige my request that they wear masks while performing the service in the home of an older customer.ufffcnYou might want to note that their origin is Radcliff (as they charge from the time leaving the store). I hadn't realized that since my Google search had been for movers in E-town. Wonderful service; I highly recommend!
The movers were professional, punctual, and hard working. They also looked professional and slovenly. Nothing was broken, not a whole lot of chitchat, and they took care to keep my new and old home in tact. They disassembled and reassembled everything. I highly recommend them. It made me feel at peace when Mr. Corvin himself called me to verify the move and showed up on move day to introduce himself and let me know what to expect.
The men arrived on time. Very courteous and helpful. Friendly caring that you miss or left nothing behind.nWasted no time doing their job. Shrink wrapped furniture. Padded down in truck.nReally happy I checked reviews here . couldn't have had a better experience moving and price was very reasonable.nThank you guys im very happy.
