This is the first time I've ever posted a google review, but I had to because this was incredible! Tracy is wonderful and explains everything so well. I had my first appointment today and already booked a second one. My entire body feels more relaxed and her technique is so interesting and incredible. An incredible mix of massage and fascia release with Chinese medicine. Highly recommend.
I’ve worked with many massage therapists through the years and have been helped with running injuries. Tracy’s approach is unique in that she combines Eastern and Western healing techniques that heals one’s body not only physically but emotionally and spiritually. She takes time to understand your physical challenges and then methodically works through them. She has a gift for healing. I would recommend Tracy 100%.

I have had horrible back pain every day for as long as I can remember, due to scoliosis and a spinal curvature. I’ve been going to chiropractors and various masseurs for years, but Tracy is the ONLY person who got me pain free for several days after my massage! I am so beyond upset that I live about 8 hours away from her... I was only in town for a few days visiting family, and I can’t believe I’ve actually been contemplating doing another 8 hour drive there and back solely for the purpose of having more pain relief from Tracy. In ONE session she helped me in a way no one else has been able to! If I went to her regularly it would literally change my life because I wouldn’t be in constant pain anymore! I wish there could be more of her where I live :(nnThat being said, if you are suffering from back pain and live locally, please take advantage and use this amazing woman!!! You will not be disappointed.
I have had many massages over the years but Tracy’s massages have been the best hands down!nTracy really knows the body and combines the perfect blend of eastern and western methods for maximum benefit!
