I would give my hairstylist a 10 if I could. She goes above and beyond every single time. I’ve been a paying customer for 2 years, never have had to repeat or redo any service with her. She’s professional and knowledgeable.nnThe management and the front desk staff; however is a joke. After miscommunication of two back to back appointments, my stylist was approached in front of me and then later pulled aside (where I could still hear) and was basically reprimanded for doing her job as requested by me, a paying customer.nnMy stylist was made to end my appointment, which was cut short on hair coloring processing time and told she could not style my hair as they were closing. I was made to leave the salon with wet hair, and unknowing of how the color turned out.nnIf this had been for a special occasion, I would’ve been devastated. It was for an upcoming birthday, which is almost just as important in my opinion.nnRegardless of who’s fault it was in miscommunication, the customer service I received by management was horrible. I would NEVER ask a client to leave after a service was promised, regardless of who’s at fault.nnWhen I approached them to clarify the issue I was approached with sarcasm and with very little respect. Maybe the owner should be more mindful of who they allow to run their business as it does not reflect kindly , and lacks professionalism on approaching paying clients. I will be reaching out to the owner in person, but I’m very doubtful there will be any remorse in the way I was treated.nnAs per my stylist, she was just doing her job and going above and beyond what me, the customer asked for her to do.

Loridana is THE BEST!!!!!! So nice. So patient. So knowledgeable. I highly recommend her! I'm picky with who touches my hair. Even if she is booked and I'm not able to get an appointment, I will wait until I get one with her. No one touches my hair unless is Loridana❤ufe0f

I’m usually never happy when I try to switch up my hair but Anthony did such an incredible job dying my hair. I asked him to fix a bad dye job from outside and he made it look better than it did before. I genuinely love it and he exceeded my expectations. Very happy customer :)

I can’t say enough good things about this salon and the staff, they are all so professional and dedicated. Annette does my hair, she always make sure I leave happy and satisfied with whatever hair style I ask her to do. I have seen the rest of the staff doing other customers hair and I can tell they know pretty well what they are doing. I highly recommend this salon. I won’t get my hair done anywhere else. Thank you all for doing such a great job!
