Homewood Suites by Hilton Williamsburg

Fantastic hotel and tremendous value. This was our first stay at a hotel during the pandemic and we could not have felt more safe. The hotel is clearly following protocols with respect to both masks and cleanliness. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and indicative of what you would find at a high end luxury hotel. We will definitely be back.

The room was great. However I would have given 5 stars if they had regular breakfast like they use to. Will it ever get back to that with the Hilton hotels. I mean restaurants are re-opened so why can’t the hotels have the awesome breakfast they used to have

Very nice staff. The room seemed partially updated while other parts still lacking. It wasn’t very clean and the room smelled musty. We also found hair all in the towels.

The front staff were great. The hotel cleanliness was ok. Our hallway smelled funny, but we could get past that. The pool tarnished my bracelet, but my fault for wearing it in the pool. What I couldn’t get past was when we set up the pull out couch bed. The mattress smelled terribly of pee and there were visible moldy stains. I was horrified and couldn’t wait to get out of there the next morning. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I hope they can correct this for future guests. If you’re staying there, avoid room 315.

The staff is great! I believe the gentleman that assistes us during our stay was named Adrian. I'm not postitve, but either way he was wonderful! Very accommodating and polite. As for the hotel, the rooms were decent. Clean which is most important. The only inconvenience was having to go to the lobby for clean towels and they didn't seem to have any wash clothes available when we requested. Other than that they were very accommodating.
