So 2 weeks ago I reserved 2 rooms smoking handicapped for Sunday March 14- Monday March 15. Checkin is 4 pm. I got there at 3:55 pm 5 minutes early. Room was not ready was told it would be an hour before they would be. So 5:00 pm we get our rooms 141 & 143 we had to spray the rooms with air freshener as they smelled strongly of weed. After we got everything in the room we found a little surprise picture to follow. There was no ashtray in one of the rooms. Lamps were not plugged in. Needless to say I will NOT be staying here again

We booked the Clarion for a week, but only stayed ~8 hours. When I checked in, I waited for 15 minutes before someone came from the back. Our key cards did not work properly so I had to go back to front desk again. We checked in at 11:30am and were told that the the water would be off for about 30 more minutes because it was being serviced. This wasn't an issue because we just needed to drop our stuff off. The room smelled odd and musty. Our bathroom had not been cleaned and the sheets did not smell clean. The walls were really dirty and stained and there was writing/doodles an our door. At 7pm the hot water still was not on and the front desk told us that it would be another 30 minutes. We needed to shower so canceled the remainder of our reservation and went to another hotel.

Rooms are clean, but what you see when you first walk in is pretty, when you pass the front desk, it is very evident that the owners have no pride in their hotel. Extremely old and tatters luggage carts, when you walk down the hallway you see old chipped paint, marked up walls, old carpet etc. The pictures online definitely look better than what it is in person. I am very disappointed

This is by far one of the worst hotels I have ever visited. The beds are comfortable and clean but other than that the hotel rooms are small and everything is false advertisement.
