Location of hotel was convenient and easy to find. No soap in room and no housekeeping was provided, even though it was requested at check-in when offered to me. Staff did bring soap & clean towels when requested though. Parking was limited to either a few spots out front since parking lot bordered 2 nearby restaurant properties or you needed to go to rear of hotel. Very limited breakfast items. No drinking water for room was even offered at all. As a Gold Honors member there was NO amenities offered. On a plus side, the room did have a nice size TV at least. I used some accumulated points along with cash towards my stay but nothing was discounted point wise or price wise even though, full services were not offered. Would not stay here again in future

Not a great hotel stay. Check in is at 3. We arrived at 3:30 and were told the room wasn't ready. The manager assured me she would call when it was ready. By 6:15 I hadn't received a call so I called the hotel to check on the status of the room. Lesson if you stay here: do not plan an afternoon itinerary based on check in time here. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. The sheets in the closet for the queen couch were king size. I asked the front desk for an extra comforter for the couch and was told there were none and to check back later. When I called later I was told they only had 1 comforter per room. The horrible scratcy brown blanket in the closet was not usable at all. So if you want to use the pull out couch it seems you need to bring your own bedding. Very hard mattresses. The mini fridge was warmer than the room, so that was useless even after I put ice in it. They have the fridge in an unventilated cupboard that's at least 85 degrees inside since the fridge fan can't run properly. No complimentary breakfast. Very limited parking. The hot tub was off and full of freezing water that spilled into the pool. I struggled to find a redeeming aspect of my stay here. This is absolutely not a place I would stay again.

Don't expect to check in at normal time. Check in is suppose to be at 3 o'clock but that didn't happen. Had to wait until 6 for the room to be ready. I can say this though, the GM was very nice and rectified the situation without having to complain the next morning at checkout. With that being said I really wasn't upset anymore because she took care of it.

Front desk professional Gladys is the best representative of any Hilton hotel that I have ever had the pleasure of being welcomed from and accommodated. I was greeted with such a warm welcome. That is really important when you are far away from home in Georgia. Please give her my heart felt thanks. I am a service worker and fully understand the customer service representative model of excellence. Perfect 10 score.ud83dudc4cud83dudd1f

Nice and convenient location! Some staff members are helpful while others seem distracted. The room is clean. The made to order breakfast is good. A parent allowing their kids to touch all the breakfast fruits and juice containers and muffins in front of hotel staff is not good. That food should have been thrown out. The indoor pool is open with lots of people running around.
