I really enjoyed our time here. At check-in the staff was incredibly nice. The rooms were exactly as advertised, the bed was comfortable, the water in the shower stayed hot. The pool was awesome, my kids favorite part! Great walking distance to Historic Williamsburg.
I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could. The first attempt to check in a room failed with key cards that wouldn’t open the door. A trip downstairs to the desk -back upstairs to find the second set of key cards did not open the door! This time the front desk clerk came up with different keys and got the door open. Unfortunately when we left for dinner, we discovered the door would not lock behind us! Another trip down to the front desk, and the clerk comes up and says we can’t fix this -you have to move to another room, this was after I had already unpacked a lot of things. By that time we heard a dog howling & Barking that was left alone in a room nearby! Approx 8 pm- When questioned , the desk clerk said there was nothing he could do about the noise or the dog. At that point we asked for a refund and just left!nNightmare experience!
Super comfy beds and very friendly staff! Nice pool and the Mexican restaurant had AMAZING food.
Wonderful staff, nice and clean hotel. We really enjoyed our stay!
