Not satisfied with my nails. Called at noon to see if they could take me for a manicure and pedicure; went in right away from what they told me. Took them 3 hours to get me done as I sat there for 40 minutes before hand. Showed the person what I wanted and wanted to argue with me. I needed rose gold nails with glitter for my birthday and did not deliver. Not only did they not deliver they put me back in a pedicure chair to service someone else when my nails where not done. I had to go to work so they rushed to finish mine.
Did a horrible job and cut up my friends cuticles, made her cry, and then refused to fix or give refund. Run far away from this place. They need to be shut down
I found this salon based on a friend's recommendation and was extremely happy with my experience. My nail tech was friendly and diligent. Though I came in less than an hour before closing time, she took her time and did not appear to be in a rush. The salon was extremely clean. I am very picky with nail salons and this place exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning!
I had a gel pedicure there today. The technician did a beautiful, immaculent job. The technician asked questions to learn what I wanted. The facility was extra clean and only sanitized tools were used. When I called for the appointment, I was treated in a respectful and polite manner. I would highly recommend this nail salon.
Clean and professional. The prices are very reasonable and the technician took a great deal of time and care with my pedicure. I will be coming back!
