Both of my parents died with in 42 days of each other and are entombed at Powell Valley Memorial Gardens. They have always been kind and warm when we were all grieving and still are. The grounds were kept beautiful even in the winter. I am so glad that my parents choose to rest peacefully in the Valley.
We went up to visit a grave ..The flower vase was missing and there was tombstones from peoples grave moved off of their resting place .What is going on?I have never seen this before in all my life until now..A big hole in my boyfriends grandparents tombstone where a vase should be.Not acceptable.
When you buy a plot at this Cemetery that is not your last expense they charge 1300.00 dollars to open and close a grave of a love one who just passed away and this has to be before they will dig the grave. This cemetery is horrible wouldn't suggest it to no-one. Our love one died over three weeks ago and they still haven't close the grave knowing with the Holidays coming family would be visiting and what we seen was unacceptable. There are many pictures of people on their headstones our brother in law being one of these, they have run the headstones over with backhoe's and lawnmower and broke the pictures. Please please walk around the cemetery and look at the stones it's heartbreaking and heartless. These people want your money they don't care about respecting your love one or maintaining their final resting place .nnSERIOUSLY your reply is the same as you send to everyone as if we haven't talked to you about this matter.
