Hair cut was exactly what I wanted and was able to get hair cut in 15 min after I called. Employees were nice and friendly.

Never going back. Took 4 hours to do my hair, which wasn't worth the $120 I paid. Tell me that looks right to you?? All the highlights bleed in with the base color she put in. I don't like it and don't know how they could fix it. Very upsetting and even more upsetting that Jen herself let me walk out like that. I shouldn't have even paid for it.

Hair cut. Was uneven. Told her a couple times, she tried to fix. I went home and fixed it myself.
