I have never in my life had such a hard time with trying to get in touch with anyone except for Comcast or the IRS. I should have read the reviews before purchasing the groupon. Haven't even gotten the massage because website won't work and no one will call back. Now, even if someone does I can't believe my experience would be any better if this is how they handle their clients.

Brandon was amazing. He asked and paid attention to my trouble spots, while also focusing on my comfort level. I also appreciated his willingness to communicate and educate during the session; walking me through what he was going to do. Great session, and I look forward to the next.
