I have been seeing Nasser Staples at Waterfalls Salon for maybe four or five months now and I cannot recommend him enough! His total body stretch and medical massage services work wonders for injuries, body aches, or even just to combat the stagnation of pandemic life. He works hard to make customers feel comfortable and create a safe and calming environment. As a survivor of assault, I am usually pretty apprehensive about being touched by a man, even in a professional medical setting, but Nasser is amazing at open communication, its clear that his priorities lie in making his patients feel safe, comfortable, healthy, and pain free.
I’ve been going to Waterfalls salon and spa for a few years now and they always deliver with their services. Whether it’s lashes, facials, massages you name it! Recently, I had some cosmetic surgery done, which is an intense recovery. But, Meloni has helped me tremendously with this process with her lymphatic massages! I felt horrible before she started and when she was done I honestly felt like a new woman! Even with the garment that I have to wear I went from the first latch to the third latch after her massage! If I was to do the surgery again, Waterfalls salon and spa would be the only option for me!
This was my first time visiting the place and it was the best experience ever. Full massage, never felt that good in my life. I highly recommend this place. Thank you again so much. I will be coming back for more services for sure.
This husband and wife team is awesome! I called to inquire about having a massage and had the pleasure of speaking with Meloni. Meloni walked me through the process of what to expect for my first massage at Waterfalls. She made me feel so comfortable over the phone, that I immediately booked a massage with her husband Nasser.nnNasser was wonderful. He went over my medical history. He talked to me about problem areas and any issues I wanted addressed. Nasser again walked me through what to expect and took the time to answer any questions. I felt so comfortable with him. I was relaxed throughout the entire process. I just wish I had gone sooner. I can't wait to return.
I had the full body stretch with Nasser. I feel so much better with the pain relief and release of tension the techniques he uses has provided after only two sessions. He is professional and I felt comfortable because he communicates each step and is especially knowledgeable. If you are feeling nervous about seeing a massage therapist, you don't have to with Nasser, he will take great care of you!
