Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I would not recommend. I was scheduled for a facial & massage last week for my birthday. I’d planned this 3 weeks in advance. Several text messages were sent to confirm my appointment. I confirmed and arrived on time at 1 pm . I waited 15 minutes. I asked could I stay in same room for both services. The person behind the desk said oh you’re the facial appointment- sorry she cancelled on us last minute. I can try a different location ( the location was 25 minutes away ) . I declined and should have walked out and cancelled b/c they could have called me prior to cancellation. I didn’t & I waited 20 extra minutes for the appointment. The room was okay . I watched the time to make sure I received the full 60 ( as advertised on the website) . She began at 1:22The girl who gave me the massage did an okay job . She needed to sit often & used an excessive amount of oil on my skin . The smell was horrible . I had to use a warm towel to wipe my back & skin due to so much oil . She was done at 1:50. I was highly disappointed. Less than 30 minute massage , wasted $ , and guess what I still tipped for the effort ! What a great birthday right ud83dude29ud83dude29!

Jasmine was very good/responsive to requests. Front desk staff were friendly and the place is clean with clear markers for social distancing. Massages are only 50 minutes, but are clearly noted as such.

It was a great experience. I highly recommend a massage but felt rushed at the end. I will go again when I have the funds...just not monthly.

Had my first massage here and I loved it! I went to Jasmine for a deep tissue massage. Definitely recommend! She knew exactly what I needed before I did! I loved the massage so much, that I booked the monthly membership! Definitely recommend this place!

Booked and introductory Swedish massage here about a week ago. In the past, I had one other massage at Massage Envy (my first) and one on vacation in Mexico, both of which were excellent. Saying that to say I had some familiarity with having a professional massage. This one however was NOTTT it for me.nBecause it was my first time booking with them, wasn’t familiar with the site and it was a specific date and time that I wanted didn’t get to pick my preference of masseuse (specific person or male/female). When I got there to check in, the lady at the front desk said “he will be with you in a second” which let me know I had a male masseuse.nThe guy I had was nice, but very weird. Not in a creepy way, just weird and quirky like. I got a vibe that maybe he was fairly new or something, and wasn’t used to dealing with people. Can’t remember his name exactly, but I know it started with an “E”.nnThe room itself was very cold, which threw me because it’s the middle of winter outside AND how can you relax when you’re freezing?! For this reason I left my socks on, that and because I didn’t know if feet were included as part of the massage. When he came back in the room, I told him I hadn’t removed my socks and ask he repeatedly if I needed to. He said “No.” At the point in the massage when he got down to the feet, instead of letting me take off my sock he proceeded to do this pointless squeezing of my feet over my socks which made no sense at all.nnThe overall massage WASN’T good. I couldn’t get relaxed. He started with the shoulders and upper back. About 15mins in, he asked how the pressure was and I told him it was a bit too much on my shoulders, borderline painful. He said okay but then kept applying the same pressure if not harder on both sides. The more he massaged, the more tense I got. And when he said it was over, I was actually relieved.nnBecause of this experience, I’m doubtful if I’d visit Hand & Stone again. If I ever were to go back, it would DEFINITELY be with a different masseuse.
