The experience was exceptional from the moment we walked thru the door. The whole staff was happy to service us and kept excited from start to finish. My therapist Angela was an angel. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She was sweet and patient and did an amazing job removing the tension from my shoulders and lower back. I can't wait to see her again.

As always, Marc does an excellent job to provide a deep-tissue massage and exhibits expertise utilizing Rapid Tension Relief methods. The front-desk employees are hospitable and service-oriented, and the facility is clean and attentive to health-safety measures. Every month (or more often), I look forward to my massage at Massage Envy - Short Pump.

Upon entering Massage Envy, me and my wife were greeted with a smile and a welcome. The staff walked me and my wife through what to expect on a first time there. We then was introduced to our massage therapist. I was then introduced to Sasha, very professional, wasn’t rough as I experienced in the past with other companies, music was very relaxing and the the massage was so good I went to sleep. I would recommend requesting her to anyone who visit the Short Pump location in VA. Thanks to the staff at Massage Envy for making our first time a great experience.

I always have a great experience which is why I continue to go back. My most recent massage experience was very relaxing. My massage therapist was Angela. She listened to my concerns and gave me exactly the right type of relaxed atmosphere. Front staff who greeted me was warm and welcoming.

Marc and Marleesha are two fantastic therapists. They are expert at doing deep-tissue massage, which I “sorely” need. Both will chat for a bit, to build a friendly connection, and then they maintain quiet, for deep relaxation. Also, the front desk crew at ME Short Pump is fantastic. They are always very busy, but they listened to my needs and recommended these two great therapists when my previous therapist took a leave of absence.
