I was offered an hour massage for $55 via text message. The offer was accepted. There were no conditions implied or written about the length of time to set up the appointment.nnIn the intervening 48 hours, I received 5 separate text messages from Ashley asking when I wanted to set up an appointment. I ultimately canceled the offer. They seem desperate for customers.nI shared my concern via text message and of course did not receive a response. If there was a deadline to set up an appointment, that information should have been included with the offer.n#customerservicefailure
